At La Montaña Spanish school all kids are welcome and now this option is also available online!

La Montaña offers special online courses for kids, specifically designed by teachers with a vast experience in teaching children online. 

The school team work together designing special Spanish online lessons for kids. These unique programs include parents' feedback and coolaboration by practicing with kids during the rest of the day.

Even for youngest kids, La Montaña will not be a simply child care, thus will tend to desing efficient programs in terms of learning precise vocabulary and expressions.

Hands on experience, children will have the chance to learn grammar, vocabulary and expressions by readings and videos as well as talking with the teachers.

Also, some brief explanations about local culture, fauna and flora will help them understanding the cultural differences and learning about Patagonia.

For memorising words, verbs and the correct use of vocabulary while having fun, Spanish teachers have a wide range of songs to play, act and dance.

La Montaña Spanish School has developed online Culture courses that will allow you to learn more about Patagonia, Argentina and Latin America Culture while practicing your Spanish live online with a native Spanish speaker teacher, according to your needs and interests.

• Having a private instructor in real time.
• Learning about a specific topic of interest as well as useful language.
• Personalizing the language acquisition according to the subjetcs to cover focusing on the development of proficiency in the four basic communication skills: speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
• Practicing conversation.
• Reinforcing and reviewing the grammar needed for the lesson
• Developing and enriching Spanish vocabulary and speaking skills.
• Practicing pronunciation.

Special Cultural Spanish

On top of the traditional Spanish Online Course, La Montaña has developed special Culture + Spanish online courses. These courses include specific topics about Argentina and South America Culture as well as the review of some grammar and vocabulary needed for the lesson. Students can ask for a specific topic of interest or choose from:

• Cultural aspects in Family and society
• Language and culture
• Arts and culture
• Science and society
• History of Argentina and Patagonia.
• Sports
• Literature
• Architecture
• Pronunciation and accent reduction.

How do we do it

• After taking a Placement test, and a brief online meeting our team of experienced teachers will choose the best option according to the student needs and interests.
• This is a live online course. This means 60 minutes interacting with our Spanish teachers.
• Lessons are one-on-one (one student and one instructor, unless you would like to add another person).
• Student and instructor will use Whatsapp/Hangouts/Skype to communicate.
• The whiteboard is the screen.
• You set own pace. We suggest one hour per sesion, two or three times per week.
• Materials as a complement for your lesson are sent after each class.

Students can choose from different frequencies:

• 5 hours per week
• 2 or 3 hours per week.
