3. Form processing
   We will receive your form and process the information within one business day.
   
   
4. Confirmation email
   Once we have processed your information we will send you a confirmation email and program invoice along with more information to help you prepare for your trip.
   
   
5. Payment of program
   Once we receive your payment your spot will be saved.
   
   
6. Receive program details
   Seven to ten days before your arrival we will send a packet with details about your program via email.
